📅 Booking & Hire Terms

Our campervans can be hired for a minimum of 3 nights during peak season (April–September) and 2 nights off-season (October–March).

A 20% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due before your hire begins.

Yes, we take a £500 refundable security deposit no later than 48 hours before your hire. This is returned within 2–3 working days after the van is safely returned, provided there are no damages or charges.

🛠️ Insurance & Drivers

Drivers must be between 25 and 70 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.

Yes, we require a copy of your driving licence and two recent utility bills or bank statements (dated within the last 90 days).

➕ Extras & Charges

Late returns may incur a charge. Please let us know as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.

Yes, the van must be returned with a full tank. If not, a refuelling charge will apply.

The van should be returned in a clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains or upholstery cleaning may incur a £75 charge.

All parking fines, tolls or other penalties are the responsibility of the hirer. An administration fee may be added for processing.

⏰ Pick-up & Drop-off

Pick-up is usually from 2pm, and return by 11am. Early collection or late drop-off may be available on request at an extra charge.

We recommend bringing your own bedding. We keep extras simple to make the process easy, but please ask if you need something specific.

📌 Additional Information

You’ll be able to select optional extras (awnings, pet cover, accessories) during your booking enquiry, so your quote is fully inclusive from the start.

We’ll give you a full walk-through of the van’s systems including the pop-top roof, gas, fridge, heating and electrics. This ensures you’re confident before you drive away.

We accept electricity, gas, water, broadband or council tax bills, mortgage statements, HMRC letters and bank/card statements. These must be dated within the last 90 days.

The balance of your hire fee is due no later than 4 weeks before the start of your trip. We’ll send you a reminder ahead of time.

If you return late without prior agreement, a late fee will apply. For delays over 1 hour, a full extra day’s hire charge may be applied.

All vans come with basic kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. We recommend bringing your own bedding and personal items. Optional extras can be added to your booking.
